บทคัดย่อ             :   การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชั่นห้องเรียนออนไลน์ กรณีศึกษา ภาควิชาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสยาม และเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ที่มีต่อระบบดังกล่าว โดยระบบการเรียนการสอนในปัจจุบันภาควิชาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสยามนั้น อาจารย์ผู้สอนจะทำการเช็คชื่อเข้าเรียนโดยการเรียกชื่อผู้เรียน และทำการบันทึกลงกระดาษรายชื่อของแต่ละรายวิชา การสั่งงานเป็นการสั่งภายในห้องเรียนให้ผู้เรียนเขียนบันทึกลงกระดาษ หรือส่งเป็นดิจิตอลไฟล์ผ่านช่องทาง DropBox หรือ Google Drive เป็นต้น ไม่มีแหล่งในการจัดเก็บการสั่งงานแต่ละชิ้นงานที่ได้มอบหมาย โดยในการทวนคำสั่งของอาจารย์บางครั้งพูดไม่เหมือนเดิมทำให้ผู้เรียนเกิดความเข้าใจผิด และผู้เรียนไม่สามารถทราบคะแนนการบ้านและรายงานของตน หรือช่องทางในการสนทนาระหว่างผู้เรียนด้วยกันเอง ระหว่างผู้เรียนกับอาจารย์ผู้สอนในแต่ละรายวิชา โดยเว็บแอปพลิเคชั่นห้องเรียนออนไลน์ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการเป็นสื่อกลางระหว่างอาจารย์และผู้เรียน โดยมีฟังก์ชันการทำงานระบบสามารถเช็คชื่อจากการเข้าใช้ระบบของผู้เรียน อาจารย์สามารถสั่งรายงาน การบ้าน และตรวจงานได้ สามารถแจ้งคะแนนให้ผู้เรียนทราบผ่านระบบ รวมถึงมีการสื่อสารผ่านกระดานสนทนาภายในเว็บโดยแบ่งกลุ่มตามรายวิชาที่ผู้เรียนลงทะเบียนในแต่ละภาคการศึกษา พัฒนาด้วย ภาษา PHP HTML JavaScript ด้วยโปรแกรม Adobe Dreamweaver cs6 บริหารจัดการฐานข้อมูลด้วย phpMyAdmin บริหารจัดการข้อมูลด้วยภาษา MySql ผลการดำเนินงานเมื่อให้ผู้ใช้งานทดลองใช้ พบว่าระบบสามารถทำงานได้ตามฟังก์ชันการทำงานที่กำหนดไว้ และจากการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบในด้านต่างๆ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มผู้ใช้ที่เป็นอาจารย์ผู้สอนจำนวน 1 คน ผู้ดูแลระบบ จำนวน 1 คน และผู้เรียน จำนวน 28 คน มีระดับความพึงพอใจคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.02 ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract            :  The purpose of this research is to develop web application system for an online classroom using a case study in the department of Computer Science of Siam University, and to evaluate user’s satisfaction for the system. For the teaching system in the Department of Computer Science, Siam University, instructors normally have checked the students’ names and recorded them in a paper list of each course. Additionally, work order was done within the classroom. Then, the students would write their assignments in papers which were sent as digital files via Drop Box or Google Drive. There were no sources for storing work orders. Sometimes, the work orders of the instructors were not the same for each time. This led to the misunderstanding for students. In addition, the students could not either know scores of their assignments or have communicating paths between students and instructors for each subject. Online classroom application could increase efficient communicating paths between instructors and students. In the application system, there was many functions such as name-check, assignment order, score report and communicating path for students enrolled in each semester. This application was developed by PHP, HTML and JavaScript languages using Adobe Dreamweaver CS6, database management with phpMyAdmin applications, as well as data management with MySql language. After trial using this application, results indicated that the system could work well according to the specified functions. Assessment of system proficiency in various areas using questionnaires evaluated by 1 teacher, 1 administrator and 28 students. The result revealed the average score of satisfaction is 4.02, which is regarded as a high level.
