- แนะนำวารสาร 10 ต.ค. 2563 Food and Applied Bioscience Journal (FABJ) is the official publication of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, Thailand. The FABJ is a double-blinded, peer-reviewed (at least two expert reviewers), open-access journal published in English every four months. The FABJ has devoted a platform for fundamental and applied research findings for researchers from universities, research institutions, and industries to publish quality original papers in all branches of food science and technology and applied bioscience. It aims to be a leading national and international journal for the multidisciplinary agro-industrial (food and non-food) research community. The FABJ publishes research papers, short communication, scientific notes, and comments.
