อิทธิพลของศักยภาพในการทำงาน การสนับสนุนทางสังคม พฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง และการเห็นคุณค่าแห่งตนที่มีผลต่อความพร้อมในการทำงานหลังเกษียณของผู้สูงอายุในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร
Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to examine the congruence of structural equation model of readiness to work of retired elderly with empirical data, and 2) to study the direct effect, indirect effect and total effect antecedents on readiness to work of retired elderly. The data were collected from five hundred elders by questionnaire. The data was analyzed in term of structural equation modeling. The results showed as following: the structural equation modeling of readiness to work of retired elderly was congruent with the empirical data (x2 = 646.978, df = 266, p = 0.000, x2/df = 2.432, GFI = 0.903, TLI = 0.925, CFI = 0.933, RMSEA = 0.054, Critical N = 236); work potentiality, social support, self care behaviors and self esteem accounted for the variance of readiness to work of retired elderly by 71 percent. Self care behaviors, self esteem and work potentiality had direct effect on readiness to work of retired elderly respectively. In addition, social support, self care behaviors and work potentiality had indirect effect on readiness to work of retired elderly respectively.

บทคัดย่อ : ระบบพร้อมเพย์ เป็นบริการโอนเงินและรับเงินทางเลือกใหม่ในการธุรกรรมทางการเงิน โดยใช้หมายเลขบัตรประชาชน หรือหมายเลขโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่แทนที่บัญชีเงินฝากธนาคาร อาทิ การโอนเงินเพื่อชำระค่าสินค้าหรือบริการในชีวิตประจำวัน การจ่ายสวัสดิการของภาครัฐ รวมถึงการคืนเงินภาษีแก่ประชาชน โดยเปิดการลงทะเบียนใช้ระบบนี้ผ่านธนาคารต่างๆ เมื่อวันที่ 15 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2559 และลูกค้านิติบุคคลสามารถสมัครได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 28 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2560 เป็นต้นไป ระบบนี้เป็นแนวคิดในการส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล ตามนโยบายระบบการชำระเงินแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์แห่งชาติ โดยระบบการชำระเงินจะเป็นการผูกบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคารกับหมายเลขบัตรประชาชน หรือหมายเลขโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ของประชาชน อันจะทำให้การชำระเงินและการโอนเงินเป็นไปได้อย่างสะดวกและรวดเร็วมากขึ้น แต่ระบบนี้อาจส่งผลกระทบด้านภาระหนี้ครัวเรือนที่เพิ่มขึ้นและส่งผลกระทบต่อการออม ดังนั้น ผู้เขียนจึงใคร่ขอเสนอการนำระบบพร้อมออมมาใช้ร่วมกับระบบพร้อมเพย์ จะช่วยให้ผู้บริโภคเกิดการออมขึ้นเมื่อมีการใช้จ่าย และระบบพร้อมออมจะช่วยให้ผู้บริโภคมีวินัยและความรอบคอบในการใช้จ่ายให้มากขึ้น

Abstract : Prompt Pay is a new payment system that uses ID-chip card number (Smart Card) or mobile phone number for convenient payment of any goods or services when making a transaction. It also enables a payment from Welfare State and tax redeem. This policy supports the digital economy as stated in the National e-Payment policy. The payment system is tied with a savings account with ID-chip card or mobile phone number that will make a convenient and rapid payment and transfer system. However, this payment system may have an impact on household debt increase and savings decrease. So, the Prompt Saving systemis proposed to be used along with the Prompt Pay system, and that will let consumers save more moneyanytime when a purchase is made, and the Prompt Saving system also helps consumers to have more discipline and prudence on expenditure.

บทคัดย่อ : การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดทางการเมืองแนวพุทธของ ม.ร.ว. คึกฤทธิ์ ปราโมช ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ประกอบด้วยการศึกษาเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาเจาะจง จำนวน 14 คน และกระบวนการสนทนากลุ่มจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญหรือผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน นำมารวบรวม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงพรรณา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า แนวคิดทางการเมืองแนวพุทธของ ม.ร.ว. คึกฤทธิ์ ปราโมช คือการปกครอง ที่ใช้หลักธรรมทางพุทธศาสนาในการปกครอง ได้แก่ ทศพิธราชธรรม สังคหวัตถุ และจักรวรรดิวัตร ซึ่งสามารถนำมาใช้กับการเมืองการปกครองไทยในปัจจุบัน เฉพาะอย่างยิ่งทศพิธราชธรรม ได้นำมาประยุกต์กับการบริหารองค์การภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนอย่างกว้างขวาง สำหรับการปกครองของประเทศไทยด้วยระบอบประชาธิปไตยอันมีพระมหากษัตริย์ทรงเป็นประมุขสอดคล้องกับหลักธรรมราชาหรือราชาธิปไตย ที่ผู้นำการปกครองต้องกอปรด้วย คุณธรรมจริยธรรมตามหลักธรรมทางพุทธศาสนา โดยความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต และความกล้าหาญเป็นคุณสมบัติที่สังคมไทยต้องการมากที่สุด นอกจาก ม.ร.ว. คึกฤทธิ์ ปราโมช ได้นำเสนอแนวคิดทางการเมืองแนวพุทธผ่านทางนวนิยายและบทความในหนังสือพิมพ์แล้วยังได้แสดงบทบาทดำรงตนและดำรงความเป็นผู้นำทางการเมืองตามหลักธรรมทางพุทธศาสนา อันถือเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีให้กับนักการเมืองและการบริหารบ้านเมืองไทยในทุกยุคทุกสมัย

Abstract : The objective of this research is study the Buddhist Approach on Political Concepts of M.R. Kukrit Pramoj. The research methodology employed this research is qualitative, including several qualitative methods of (1) documentary research, (2) in-depth interview with fourteen informants selected by purposive sampling method and (3) focus group interview with five qualifying experts, in which descriptive approach of data analysis were employed. The result of the study was that the Buddhist political Concepts of M.R. Kukrit Pramoj resembles Buddhist principles of governance which include: desa-raja-dhamma (Ten Duties of the King), sanga-ha-vatthu (Principles of Service and Social Integration), and cak-ka-vatti-vat (Duties of the Great rulers). All these principles were being widely adapted to modern Politics and Governance in Thailand, especially the desa-raja-dhamma (Ten Duties of the King) that being applied in managing public and private sectors nationwide. Consequently, the democratic form of governance in Thailand with the King as the head of the state stipulates the condition of dhamma-raja in which the head of the state must uphold their virtue and moral according to the Buddhist principles. Ultimately, honesty, integrity, and courage are leadership characteristics mostly demanded by Thai public and society. Apart from the fact that M.R. Kukrit Pramoj had presented his Buddhist political ideology via his several outstanding masterpieces including novels and newspaper articles, he also consistently live and committed to his role status as a faithful Buddhist-principle-guided Thai political leader, thus, being a great role model for both politics and governance circles in Thailand until nowadays.

บทคัดย่อ : The objectives of this research were; 1) to study the state of problems and obstacles in budget administration of Opportunity Expansion Schools in Khlongluang district of Pathumthani province, 2) to study techniques and methods in budget administration on Opportunity Expansion Schools and principles of good governance in budget administration, and 3) to propose a guideline of budget administration based on good governance for Opportunity Expansion Schools in Khlongluang district of Pathumthani province.
The quantitative data were collected from 176 samples by questionnaires and analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were collected by in-depth interviews with 3 key-informants and analyzed by content analysis.
The results of the study found that:
- The budget administration of Opportunity Expansion Schools in Khlongluang district of Pathumthani province was at a high level overall. In aspect, the highest level was on Participation, followed by Consencus Oreinted, transparency, Rule of Law, Decentralization, Responsiveness, Accountability, Equity, Effectiveness, and Efficiency respectively.
- Problems and obstacles in budget administration based on good governance of Opportunity Expansion Schools in Khlongluang district of Pathumthani province were found that; 1) budget administration not cope with the annual budget plan, 2) work operation out of the time frame, 3) work assigned to the wrong person, 4) workload not matched with the time frame, 5) personnel acknowledgement and understanding, 6) different administrators with different administration styles, 7) unclear policy on budget, and finally 8) compassion and morale.
- Suggestions; the most suggestion was on the application of good governance in budget administration and development of school, and following suggestions were on a survey of skills and interests of personnel, acknowledgement of personnel in school about budget policy and budget spending, administration based on good governance, understanding of good governance, participation of teachers in operation, and work performance monitor rather than hearsays.

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอองค์ความรู้การวิเคราะห์สมการโครงสร้างเพื่อการทำนาย ด้วยข้อมูลของตัวแปรสังเกตได้หลายๆ ตัวแปร ที่สามารถทำนายที่ส่งผลหรือมีอิทธิพลต่อตัวแปรแฝง (latent variable) ที่ตัวแปรแฝงนั้นวัดได้จากตัวบ่งชี้ ได้หลายตัวแปร ขั้นตอนการการวิเคราะห์แบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้าง (Structural Equation Modeling: SEM) ที่เริ่มด้วยการนำข้อมูลจากโปรแกรม Statistical Package for the Social Science for Windows (SPSS) และทำการวิเคราะห์แบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้าง (Structural Equation Modeling: SEM) ด้วยโปรแกรม LISREL หรือ Analysis of Moment Structure: AMOS ที่ต้องมีขั้นตอนสำคัญ ได้แก่ การเตรียมข้อมูลดิบ การระบุ โมเดลหรือวาดภาพโมเดลจากการวิจัย การกำหนดการแสดงผลการวิเคราะห์ การวิเคราะห์โมเดล และการปรับโมเดล โดยค่าสถิติที่ได้จากการแสดงผลของตัวแปรสังเกตได้ที่มีผลต่อตัวแปรแฝง (latent variable)
Abstract
The objective of this article was to present the structural equation modeling for prediction based on observable variables which can predict or have effects on latent variables. The analysis of the structural equation modeling (SEM) starts from retrieving data from statistical package for the social science for Windows (SPSS), analyzing the structural equation modeling (SEM) using LISREL or Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS). The necessary steps include preparing raw data, constructing a model or picturing a model based on research, deciding model presentation, analyzing the model, and adjusting the model based on the statistics of observable variables which have effects on latent variables.

บทคัดย่อ : ในปัจจุบันสมาร์ทโฟนนับได้ว่าเป็นปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการดำรงชีวิต ด้วยฟังก์ชันการใช้งานต่างๆที่ทำให้ผู้ใช้ได้รับความสะดวก นอกเหนือจากการโทรศัพท์ การถ่ายภาพที่ไม่จำเป็นต้องพกกล้องที่มีขนาดใหญ่ สามารถนำสมาร์ทโฟนที่มีอยู่บันทึกภาพได้ทันที มีคุณภาพ คมชัด การถ่ายภาพด้วยกล้องโพลารอยด์ภาพที่ได้เป็นภาพโพสิทีฟ แนวคลาสิกย้อนยุค สามารถใส่กรอบและตกแต่งเพื่อถ่ายทอดความทรงจำอีกแนวทางหนึ่ง โดยงานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1)เป็นการสร้างแนวคิดในการพัฒนาและออกแบบแอปพลิเคชันจำลองแบบกล้องโพลารอยด์บนระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้แอปพลิเคชันดังกล่าว การพัฒนาระบบจากโปรแกรม Visual Studio Code 1.19 ภาษา HTML 5 และ CSS3 ผลการทดสอบแอปพลิเคชันจำลองแบบกล้องโพลารอยด์บนระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ พบว่า แอปพลิเคชันดังกล่าวสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการผู้ใช้ โดยภาพที่ได้มีความใกล้เคียงและให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนการถ่ายรูปด้วยกล้องโพลารอยด์จริงๆ นับได้ว่าเป็นอีกทางเลือกหนึ่งของโปรแกรมที่ใช้ในการถ่ายภาพด้วยสมาร์ทโฟน จากผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจโดยรวมของแอปพลิเคชันอยู่ในระดับที่ดี มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.05

Abstract : Nowadays, smartphone is one of the influential factors for living. With more multiple functions than making a call—such as taking pictures without using huge cameras, saving pictures immediately with high quality, using smartphones as Polaroid camera to get positive and classic film photos, and even adding frames and other features to convey memories—smartphones make lives comfortably. Thus, the research aims to 1) create ideas to develop and design an imitated Polaroid application for Androids and 2) survey satisfaction in users. The application is improved from Visual Studio Code 1.19, HTML 5, and CSS3. The result of this research shows that the imitated Polaroid application satisfies users because the received pictures look like they were taken by using a real Polaroid camera and this program can be the choice for taking photos in smartphones. Overall, the assessment of satisfaction is in good range at 4.05

บทคัดย่อ : การเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษในปัจจุบัน จําเป็นที่ต้องมีการปรับสื่อการสอนให้สอดคล้องและทันยุคสมัย มีการนําเทคโนโลยีต่างๆเข้ามาประยุกต์ใช็ในการผลิตสื่อการเรียนการสอน สําหรับเทคโนโลยีเสมือนจริง(Augmented Reality -AR)นั้น ถือเป็นอีกทางเลือกหนึ่งที่ได้ถูกนํามาช่วย ด้วยความเป็นเทคโนโลยีที่ผสานโลกแห่งความจริง (Real World)เข้ากับโลกเสมือน(Virtual World)และให้ผลลัพธ์เป็นภาพจําลองสามมิติได้อย่างชัดเจน มีรูปแบบการนําเสนอ ที่ตื่นเต้น กระตุ้นต่อการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนส่งผลให้ผู้เรียนเกิดทักษะ การสังเกต และการจดจํา สําหรับเด็กในวัย 3-5 ปีได้อีกแนวทางหนึ่งแนวคิดในการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันสื่อการเรียนรู้และฝีกทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ สําหรับเด็กอายุ 3-5 ปีด้วยเทคโนโลยีเสมือนจริงนี้มีการพัฒนาบนระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ สามารถติดตั้งลง สมาร์ทโฟน แท็บเล็ตได้ ภายในแอปพลิเคชันจะแบ่งออกเป็นสองส่วน คือ ส่วนแรกจะเป็นบทเรียนภาษาอังกฤษ ที่มีภาพเสมือนจริงของผลไม้กับสัตว์ต่างๆตามพยัญชนะตัวอักษร A-Z เมื่อใช้กล้องจากสมาร์ทโฟนส่องกับมาร์กเกอร์จะแสดงโมเดลสามมิติพร้อมกับแอนิเมชั่นและเสียงประกอบ ส่วนที่สอง เป็นเกมเพื่อฝีกทักษะการจดจํา การสังเกต และการเรียนรู้ ได้แก่ เกมจับคู่ผลไม้กับข้อความภาษาอังกฤษเกมเติมคําในช่องว่างของศัพท์ที่หายไปเกมเลือกคําตอบภาษาอังกฤษที่ถูกต้องจากคําศัพท์ที่ให้มา ทั้งสามเกมนี้มีเนื้อหาเป็นแบบฝึกทักษะการเรียนรู้จากบทเรียนเสมือนจริงสําหรับเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการพัฒนานั้น มีการนําโปรแกรม Maya และโปรแกรม Vuforia มาใช้ในการสร้างโมเดล และตัวมาร์กเกอร์สําหรับตัวเกมมีการพัฒนาโดยใช้โปรแกรม Unity เมื่อมีการนําแอปพลิเคชันไปใช้ร่วมกับการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษกับครูผู้สอนในระดับชั้นอนุบาล โรงเรียนวรรัตน์วิทยาพบว่าแอปพลิเคชันดังกล่าว ระบบสามารถช่วยให้ผู้สอน มีวิธีการสอนใหม่ขึ้นจากการเรียนในแบบเดิม ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจ อยู่ในระดับดีมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.58 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.52

Abstract : Nowadays, English teaching requires an updated method. Augmented reality is one of the tools to be utilized. The combination of real-world and virtuality makes a 3-D representation engaging. Consequently, the learning process has been enhanced for 3 to 5 years old children. The developer use Android mobile operating system as a platform to develop the application that can be installed on phone and/or tablet computer. There are two parts; the lesson and game. We use alphabetically-ordered pictures and sound to stimulate the learning process. In the game part, there are some tips to enhance the memory skills. For example, matching between pictures and vocabulary. We use Maya and Vuforia to develop the model and markers. The game engine is Unity. After the trail period at Worarat Vittaya School, we have found that the application is complementing the learning process of these sample students.
